Enjoy
Blackdoo
2 pounds of good ground beef
2 eggs
2 slices of bread
1 onion diced up small
half cup itailian bread crumbs
couple shakes of garlic, onion, celery salt
half teaspoon of italian seasoning
half cup of milk
Tear up bread into small chunks, mix with milk and onion until it's pasted, mix all ingredients together until mixed well. You can form this into meatballs and boil them until cooked before you dump them into sauce, or bake them on a cookie tray for 30 minutes before they hit the sauce. I like to fill my slow cooker with good sauce, cook the meatballs, throw them in and let it cook all day, good for sandwiches or spaghetti.. :div20:
Oh and by the way that's what the wife made today, they were excellent!
