I went out this morning and took c/d north across 17 from coniston I made it to the 1st swamp and where everyone was riding on the wekend has become thin ice. Walk on it and fall through, water is about 16 inches deep. Turned around, further up from there is a swamp that is about 1 km long and i can be sure it will be the same. This trail may set up again if it stays cold for at least 3 more days but should be closed now. I did not go east on d as my gloves got wet but you can be sure to find more of the same. I couldn't even be bothered to take pics.
