I'm confused on this one. Did you ride on the ski trails?

He states "I find myself rideing on perfectly groomed ski trails to the summit of mt snow!!".
So, uhhhhh, yeah, I would say he was riding on the ski trails......

oh "uhhhhhhhhh", thanks for the clarification. Its none of my business, but I guess my question should have been, "is Mt. Snow cool with this?". Again, I don't care either way, but if ski area's are ok with this, that would be a blast.

No way are ski areas cool with this. Those groomers he saw at the top of the mountain probably were just finishing up laying down some corduroy for the next day's skiers. But it ain't illegal if you don't get caught, right? And your damn right it would be a blast!

We used to do this quite a bit at the local hill, especially when there was no snow anywhere else. Usually checked in with the groomers beforehand, who never had any problem as long as we stayed off the trails they had already groomed. Resort security busted us once after getting back to the parking lot, citing liability concerns.
If you can get away with it, it is a super fun place to ride. Fast, nice big sweeping curves and you can get some decent air off many of the bumps in the trail.

Its been a few years since I've been there, but there is a spot on the south side of Killington with a couple abandonded trails. No corduroy, but a lot of fun for highmarking.
