I bought a Redline Revolt 800 snowmobile earlier this year. Unfortunately due to the lack of snow I did not get to really ride it at all. I did however get to put 4 miles on out on lake waconia and tuned everything up on the sled. It runs like a bat out of hell and will easily pull the front skis off the ground when its cold enough to run it. Its studded and has dual 3.5" chrome exhaust coming out under the rear seat. This sled is 1 of 53 of these made by Redline Performance and chances are you will never run into another one on the trail. I do have a lot of spare parts for the sled and I have a contact in fargo that can get you any other spare parts that you may need or want. The rear suspension will get you looks anywhere you go guarenteed. It has a t-15 rear suspension in it which gives the sled 15" of true rear suspension travel. This sled has a full chromoly tube chasis. All of the shocks are walker evans shocks. If you have any questions about this snowmobile please email me or call me. If I had actually got to ride it this year I wouldnt be selling it but we never got snow so it must go. Best offer takes this insane machine home. I am willing to deliver, at a cost if its more than 300 miles out of my way.
Two of the pictures below I took of the actual sled for sale. The other two pictures were taken by a pro of a differnt sled but the same model.
$8700 or BEST OFFER takes it.

Well for starters I shipped it back from Alaska which cost $1200. Then I custom made a full exhaust for it and put a dual stainless steel muffler on. Studded the track. Pulled the engine and completely rebuilt it from top to bottom making sure compression, timing and squash were all correct. Bought a new driven clutch for it that matches the power curve of the sled. Rebuilt the carbs. Bought a new battery. Have 2 spare frames, some spare plastics, spare running boards, spare head and base gaskets, spare throttle cables. All of the spare stuff I got from the redline warehouse in fargo.
Basically if you can find a redline that runs as good as this one for anything less than what I am asking I will match their price. However I have seen two other ones and neither of them ran for shit. This one on the other hand runs very well. I do have about $2500 extra in it not to mention the fact that I have many hours of time working on the sled and took the initial risk to get it back from alaska. However I will say it again, I am taking offers and I will accept any reasonable offer.

In the four miles I did get to ride it I was absolutely impressed. The only reason I am really selling it is because I am done riding MN and gonna start riding in the mountains a lot more. Now I am looking for a mountain sled to buy and probably keep out in Aspen or in Montana. I have friends in both places that are willing to store the sled for me to come out and ride. I am willing to take trades on this for a mountain sled. I really dont want anything as nice as this for the mountains but I would take a sled and some cash.

you said you rebuilt it from top to bottom. Why would yu do that if it only had 4 miles on it?

I did that because redline was lacking quality control when they built the engines. It turns out this one was fine but a lot of the earlier sleds were way off on compression, and timing. Before I ever even started the engine I brought it in and had it rebuilt because I didnt want to have an underpowered sled for something stupid like the timing being off.

i would think that redline would easily climb as well as most other sleds the way the approach angle is, i would think it would do some mean hill climbing in the spring of the year up there... Cooke City rocks

It may have sled graphics but it wasnt carrying sleds. Redline is done with snowmobiles. However check out there website www.1redline.com. I am willing to be that was in the trailer, not snowmobiles.

I think what the problem was is they took WAY too long to get the thing out on the snow, by the time they did it was alreayd old news.
Poor quality control
Poor money useage

This is what they are selling now. I had a chance to drive one at their Perham, MN plant and they rock. Made for the dunes out west. They are currently working on a 2 up machine.

Yeah, I've seen these Redline Revolts... I think they are referred to as an SVT? A friend of mine is good friends w/ a kid (well I guess he's my age... 18 or 19) who's Dad is part owner in the company. I guess they are one crazy machine... I would really like to see a Redline snowmobile up close... and I think if I had one, I would ride it all the time... however it seems the few you do hear about don't get ridden...
