I have a cabin rented Feb 27th-Mar 3rd in the Smugglers Notch area. Is it even worth brining my snowmobile up?

If its not a burden for you to trailer them up, and you're going anyway, I say bring them. We got anywhere from 6" to 12" all over the state this weekend, and Thursday could bring another decent event. If I lived in RI, and I was traveling to VT for the weekend, snow on the ground or not, I'd bring them...just in case. Only my $.02 as they say...

Weatherman, thanks for your 2cents! That's good advice. I'm outta here.

Leave the sleds at home and bring your fly fishing rod. You'll get more use out of it. Season's done as far as I'm concerned. Plus I heard Janas resturant closed so what's the sence of even going up there?? My friend told me he went to the Smokehouse resturant and got the shits  :banghead:

Went north out of stowe yesterday, started at mayo farm. A little thin for the first mile or so through the fields. Once we crossed into the woods (when you cross weeks hill rd for the second time) it was perfect. Groomed, tons of snow. At the junction to head towards jeff/johnson or morrisville we headed up a few miles towards jeff but it was ungroomed. Went back to the junction and headed towards morrisville. The first couple of miles through fields was pretty good, a bit thin/blown off in places...back in to the woods headed towards morristown was awful.
Nice surprise to have snow though- went to old forge ny friday night/saturday to get some riding in- great to return to even more riding!
