Cut sirlion tips , take a bowl mix 3/4 cut of each. Italian dressing , worchesterchire sause , a1 sauce and then add 4 tablespoons of Malt vinegar ( this is important , dont leave it out) chop 1/4 of an onion 2 cloves garlic. Mix all together then drop in tips. Let em sit overnight , cook em up the next day / night
