there saying they got 8" yesterday.

i was there from wed night until last night (no sledding there's no snow)

maybe you'd have 8" where the wind blew it into a pile.

my truck was out of the 50 mph winds and there was maybe 1 1/2" too clean off

i was amazed that they went out! :banghead:

driving over rocks dragging fluff all night must be hard on the groomer and the back of the operator.

Thats weird. When I checked the site this morning, that was NOT the report that was on there. It was reporting today, but either they changed it, or they are a day behind. Or, anticipating a day ahead.... I dont know. Gonna take more than eight inches to get my ass out there again.

"The temperature on the mountain this morning is 6 degrees and partly cloudy. Yesterday we received 8 inches of snow and all groomers were out last night. The trails range from poor to good condition. The Glastenbury loop is good riding. The power lines are all ice, bare ground and exposed rocks. The roads are are icy, especially on the corners and hills. Please ride with caution. Our Charity Hot Dog Roast is scheduled for March 4th at Airport Road in Somerset. Join us for lots of good food and fun and support this worthy cause. Have a great day."

This was todays report........ With a grain of salt.

I use the Mt Snow Picture archives as a guide sometimes. It seems to really help. Learned this trick from an old Woodford Veteran... :beerchug:

Anyway, sure did look like it was snowing pretty good yesterday. Take a look.

Use this with a grain of salt as well. Snowing at Twin Brooks now. THey're calling for 4"-8" of new snow now. Just pulled my hyfax off last night from last weekends events :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: . Going home now to put sled back together just in case it decides to snow....... dunno.gif :frech32:
