Seems to me that snow hawks would be the dirt bikes of sno cross and other snowmobiles (firecats, revs) are the quads.

Anybody got any ideas?

they do have races...or did, guess they just arent publicized much

yup they do saw it advertised in amsnow mag this yr but there on a limited schedule to see how the public likes it. so maybe next yr they will televise some of them.

like two years ago they had 3-4 guys racing against eachother at canterbury as a demo

They used to run them at Duluth Sno-X but they would tur up the track so much it was taking up to much time to groom up the track for the sleds

A while ago, I think it was Vig Motorsports raced them. I remember seeing a picture with about 20 of them lined up in front of their hauler.

2002 / 2003 Season RMR had a Snohawk class it was a large group, but it did not make it a second season don't know why.

Here I some I found from Caterbury Sno-X in 03.

i got to see a Snohawk race once. it was bad-ass, the corners and jumps were crazy, i think it is more entertaining than regular snocross.
