I just went to Niagara falls last weekend and I noticed some marked trails that ran along 402. does anyone ride these trails? They looked like nice flat open rips!! any info would be appreciated. It would be nice to drive an hour to some nice trails instead of 4 hrs, thanks, Larry

Fusion4me...
I believe if I am thinkin of the same area, these are part of the Warwick Trails (part of the OFSC), Warwick is a really good club, for the snow they get they maintain there trails really well... Down there is mostly fields with the occasional bush... You can really make time on those trails. If you continue East from those trails you will connect with Strathroy's trails and in turn the Top Feeder trails of the OFSC.... There is also a club "Glencoe which is in the west lorne area and also runs over to the Strathroy Warwick Intersection... (I used to be a director with the Glencoe club, though things have kinda fallen apart lately with that club, I'm now with Port Perry).... So anyways ya... Those are the Warwick trails!!!

The trails around Strathroy and Warwick are a decent starting point and they generally get better as you ride north towards Owen sound. Chesley would be a good round trip if you started around Warwick.
I wouldnt recommend riding Glencoe they barely even opened the trails down there this year.

i agree those trails are never busy. warwick trails are very well maintained, strathroy are bretty good 2. glencoe on the other hand needs to use there groomer more often. all these trails are cool and close to home. you got to love it! to bad we havn't had much snow in the last couple of years. hope this year is better just picked up a left over 07 nytro! can't wait!
