Are you BB mod guys getting these clutches to backshift? I am having all kinds of problems getting this clutch to shift right :banghead:

I am running a DD W/10.4 clutch in a Polaris sled but I also have a buddy with an M and a 900 BB that is having the same issue!

The weights in the primary in the RMK is jambed in there. Are you sure this is not your problem. The RMK is getting real good results with the 8.5" cat primary with the bear cat spider shims.

With the M too the spider shims are to loose I mean the sheeve gets a run at the belt. The up shift is held back some as the weight is postioned on the roller differently.

I dropped in the shims from a bear cat clutch and now my sheeve to belt is .028 and is so smooth. It did add .125" more up shift as well with out changing any clutching.

C-note has worked over a crossfire and will run this week. It should run over 115mph with a totaly stock 700 no mods but clutch work.

IM him if you want he has some real realy good tips for the polaris primary.

Don.

P.S. If you cann't get him IM me.........
