Hey guys, we will be installing ym motor on my 04 440xr later this week. We ordered a clutch alignment tool but are unsure if theres a difference...are the tools the same for the polaris team and button secondary's? or is there a difference...
Thanx!

think only the light weight clutch uses a differnt tool, you should be all set with standard button tools. Offset is easy to check , leave the bolt out of the center of the secondary . Run it up on a stand , let the track slow down with out useing the break. At this point its centered exactly where it wants to be. Make sure the clutch has about 1/32" to push in and put spacers on the bolt so it comes out 1/32" past the center point. Your done!
