Hi...Here is one of our favorite Moose steak recipes...mmmmm( We Think)

Cut moose steak into strips and saute in hot butter till 1/2 cooked
Add sliced green pepper, onion, mushrooms, and fresh Garlic
For spices I add Greek seasoning and cajun
When vegies are done the way you like
Then I add a little flour and water to a cup and shake it and pour in frying pan...
Cook until it starts to thicken...Looks like gravy....lol
Then pour over mashed potatoes and serve with pickles.....mmmmm

Well, I can tell you I serve this to alot of our friends and most don,tr know they are eating moose!...LOL...
Good Luck K
