Were to find Service Bulletines for Polaris ( 2004 ) ??

* Pro-XR 800

* Pro-X2 800

Or does anyone here at HCS know of some bulletines ?

Hi Lasse, i dont think there is to many of them, but some things has been on warranty despite this, many problems with engine mounts especially the front ones, the original torque stops likevise, the Ves valves are now in stainless steel, (got mine on warranty) and these are almost a must to put in, the secondary spring in the Team secondary clutch is also a item you should look into, two of my friends who has proxr and prox2-04s had to replace their brakelight switches on the brakelever because the threw in te towel, some We shocks has also been an concern to look into, broken filler necks on the gastanks, the aluminum brackets that in the rear that mounts the skid, are prone to get loose... some of these things are on warranty and some not, it is up to the dealers to decide, Kalix maskiner who sold my xr is probably one of the worst to doing buissnes with, they said there were no issues with these sleds, and my dealer in Umeå Motor Pro, nicely got me a set of VES valves with new springs and told me that they replaced all of these on warranty on all big block 7 and 800s in 04, so if one dealer is hassleing you go to another and see if you get some respons.. and No not all sleds had all these problems , just few, but these problems has occured, so check these things on your friends sleds... best regard from Umeå /Andre
