we are thinking about heading in that direction this weekend for a family weekend, we have 3 kids under 10.

I am looking for suggestions for places to stay with a pool that would be fun for the kids and also what are the snow conditions?

Thanks

Doug

Stay at the American Inn right off the I35 "Moose Lake" Exit. Great staff, very nice pool area. Has tables, pool, hot tub, sauna & some games for the kids. Around $90 - $125 a night (if i remember). Can ride right from the hotel and get on the trails.

AmericInn Moose Lake

Tons of trails in the area! :div20:

Trails in the area are very good. Here is my ride report from Saturday. Rode 160 miles there on Saturday. Started in Garrison, to Malmo across the the Lake. Headed east to hwy 65 and took the Moose Lake trail and went to Willow River for lunch at the Squirels Nest. Great food and cheap! Soo Line and side trails to Lawler and back south along Hwy 65 to the trail back to Malmo. Trails around the lake are thin but rideable. The Lake is good. Over towards Moose lake and Magrath the trails were very good with the most snow. Not many sleds in the area. Great riding on trails that were good to very good.
