i have a 94 xlt 600 sp with the extra 12 rear suspension and i cant get the rear bolts in it i have the front ones in but i have tryed every thing to get the back ones in so if you have any tips that would be great thanks alot. :beerchug:

Remove the long part of rear spring where it attaches to slidrail, and the use of a ratchet strap may be needed to compress the rear shock to get the holes lined up.

Take a ratchet strap and hook it from the axle your trying to get the bolts into down to the front of the skid.
Crank on it till the holes line up,an extra set of hands and having the rear of the sled suspended also helps.
Also make sure your track adjusters are fully loosened.

The Xtra-12 will bolt in very easily if you put a 4"-6" block under the rear wheels of the suspension and slowly lower the rear of sled until the holes line up. :div20:
