I'll be coming up RT87 to 15. I want to get on rt40 east toward Joliette. It seems that I always miss the turn. Does anyone know the exit#?

HI , When you will pass de border at 87 hway,stay on this road ,you follow the st laurent river ,and on this hway about 35 miles you have a exit ,and the name is tunnel hippolyte lafontaine .Pass the tunel and after about 3to 4 mile you arrive at jonction 40 h way .take 40h way est and goto exit road 131 to joliette about others 20 miles about . enjoy your ride at north of joliette a lot of snow

Thanks. That's the way I want to go but missed the exit going toward LaFontaine tunnel and ended up going over a bridge and eventually getting to RT 40. Seemed longer. BERT

Thanks to all. It was a big help. That's the route I wanted and missed half the time. I printed it out from MapQuest. Heading up 2/11 until 2/18.

i think you didn't go far enough. you went off a ramp ,back over the hwy and accross the 15 bridge into the downtown area. keep going past the bridge to the tunnel. on the way home just follow the signs that say USA
