Just did 330 miles there this weekend north of Caribou, the water holes people speak of are minor. They have done a wonderful job making ways around them. Limestone was thin, pretty icy..
I can not complain about the conditions..

Slow4dr where did you go. I am headed up there Tuesday night. Haven't been up there sledding in 15 years, found an old trail map from 1991.

How about around the Alagash/Chamberlain lake area? Whole fam damily's goin' up in a week or two ice fishing. Lots of trail riding too...anyone been up there lately?
