i am planning a trip in early march to munising. we are going to head west towards the kewanaw. does any one have any suggestions on where to stay. we are riding west out of munising on the first day and going to the kewanaw.staying there the firtst night. riding in the kewanaw the second day, and also staying there again. the third day we are riding back to munising. does any one have any suggestions on where to go and stay. we plan on riding at least 700 miles. thanks in advance.

stay at the americinn in munising (wetmore) right across from the trail. excellent accomidations. hot tub, pool, sauna, beautiful rooms. stayed there in december and staying there at the end of march. also, excellent breakfast bar included.

A good place to stay is the AmericInn in Calumet Mi. just north of Houghton. Food, beverage, sno-mo shop all in the same mall type parking lot. Pizza delivered to your door. Bring a cable lock though, a few sleds have been known to disapeer from that parking lot. A good place to base for 2 days. Be sure to check out Brockway Mtn. Sounds like a good time.
