snowmobiling season is just starting to get going, so for those of you who trailer into IP i thought i'd let you in on some info incase you hadn't known. teddy has a new cruiser, which is unmarked and has no blue lights on top. it looks like any regular car. i'm not sure of the make, but it is brand new ans SILVER.
so watch out at those stop signs, and watch out speeding if you see this car sitting up ahead of you. it's teddy!

Guess the "great" news of his impending retirement was premature. :banghead:
and remember to signal before you turn even if there isnt another vehicle within 20 miles or you'll be writing a check for almost $200 like me :wut60:

His new car is a buick. I rent a house for the season on island pond and talked to some local fisherman in front of our house this past weekend and they said that his house is for sale. He may be planning on leaving town.

Ditto... F him. I avoid driving the area. That town will not see my money becuase of him. There are so many other awsome places to ride that how needs that aggervation of possibly getting ticketed by that POS.

I actually don't believe in the use of unmarked vehicles unless they are being used by Detectives. But that is just my opinion. But I do find it odd that he doesn't wear a uniform either (not that it really fits him). It sure would be nice though if he was retiring, but I doubt it. I was in IP in January and there was talk about the way his position is elected or voted on and they were trying to change it. But I heard nothing about him retiring.
The State Police around here use unmarked cruisers all the time, but the Officers are in full dressed uniforms. There is no mistaking that when they walk up to you that they are a full fledged Police Officer.
In any case, I'm actually suprised how many different topics there are on Teddy on this site. It also really doesn't matter which topic you read either, they all say the same general thing(s).
Mike.
