need something good to cook for the girlfriend. Not my first time cooking, used to cook at a restaurant for awhile, but i want something real good. I can make a mean home made counrty fried steak as well with mashed potatoes.....aaah that sounds soo good right now.

any ideas guys?

heres a couple for ya
get real fat pork chops, thin em real real thin , dip em in egg seasoned with salt , pepper garlic powder and italian seasoning
pan fry in olive oil till golden brown
can serve em with mash potatoes , or even over pasta with marinara

option 2
slice staeak into little strips
pan fry in olive oil with garlic ( fresh) summer squash , zucinni and diced tomates
if you want ya can add Italian sausage too , sometime sausage drowns out taste of other shit thou
