chop shrimp, scallops and alaskan king crap into small peices , ( less then 1/4 " ) mix with Italian sausageand a very small amount of wet breadcrumbs top with a teaspon of olive oil and mortzirella chesse bake for 25 min covered in tin foil, take off tin foil bake till golden brown

Italian pig fingers

Take a couple real nice fat pork chops( much easier to slice thin) and slice em about 3/16 of an inch
dip em in scrambled egg
after dipped roll em in bread crumbs seasoned with salt , pepper , garlic powder and Italian seasoning
fry in olive oil till golden brow
serve with warmed marinara for dipping or alone,
also makes awesome sandwiches

The pork came out good......the shrooms were a different story,remember i pm'd ya??
