I have a 1993 BAJA 208 Islander I/O for sale. It is in pristine condition!!! This boat came from the factory with a big block 454 which was rated around 330 HP. It now has an even BIGGER 502 Magnum EFI that puts out around 425 HP.
Yes boys & girls, this is a very fast 21' boat... with seating capacity for EIGHT people!! I have had it in the high 70's to low 80's (depending on conditions, prop selection, fuel capacity, #of people, etc.) on the speedo & was radared at 67 MPH when I out ran the gun!!! The cop wasn't happy.
The boat is white with red & blue accent stripes and is in remarkable shape for being almost 13 years old. The interior is in excellent condition too!! Looks great on a trailer, great sitting in the lake, but AWESOME at speed!!
The sale includes a custom trailer made for the boat. Life jackets, anchors, fenders, ropes, etc. are included as well.
Please email me at: bjdflyer@yahoo.com for more info. Photos are available upon request.

Sorry to waste your time but I just wanted to compliment the boat. That thing must screw with that motor in it.(does it dance at speed?) A bowrider with a 502, I love it! The ultimate sleeper. I am assuming a bowrider since you said it could take 8 people. Anyway, I wish I lived closer. I used to have an 196 islander with the 350 and that thing screwed. Great boat, good luck.

Hey... thanks for the compliment!! You're NOT wasting my time! It's ALWAYS nice to hear good things from people who know what they're talking about. :div20:
Yeah, the boat runs pretty well. Mid 70's to low 80's depending on the load. No dancing at high speed, but you DO have to pay attention. I think if you'd let go of the wheel at that speed & hit the right wave you'd be in trouble fast...
Yes, it is a bowrider. And yes, I HAVE surprised (and beaten) a few wanna be racers!!! :beerchug:
Where do you live? Are you interested in it?
Thx again for the compliments! :fluffy: :beerchug: :celebrating:

I live approx 30 miles NW of Milwaukee in Hartford, WI. Yes, I still have it available for sale. I almost had it sold but the buyer couldn't get financing... he was almost ready to cry when he told me.
I sent you all the pics I have of the boat. They were taken right after I cleaned & waxed it prior to storing it last fall. So I guess you could say they are recent photos, since the boat has remained untouched since then.
Thanks for the interest!! :div20:

Saw your boat, interesting piece. Does it have thru-hulls??? What drive??
I kindof know what boats are going for, and i have ran a NADA value on your boat.
It added 4 grand for the 502, which is think is WAYYYY more then fair...
I would give you 11 thousand, cash, for your boat...you seem motivated to sell. Let me know if you'd be interested in selling the boat.
Thanks, Nick

nice boat but isnt the price a little high on it for a 93? Theres a 1999 20 Foot Baja SST here with under 80 hours on it for $17,500 and its flawless. Lots of $$ in audio in it also.

Yes, the price is high. You don't ASK $10,000 when you need/want to get $20,000!! My price is an ASKING price... with LOTS of room for negotiation. Keep in mind that price includes a trailer worth between $1,150/$1,380 according to NADA.
BTW, the SST is a COMPLETELY different boat than an Islander is. Apples to oranges in fact. And I'd race ANYBODY with a 20' SST & probably beat them!!
Anyways, I'm lowering the ASKING price to $18,250/OBO...

Interested in selling, yes. Interested in giving it away... ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! $11,000 cash down with a $6,000 loan or cashier's check would work though... :div20:
BTW, NADA says the 502 adds $6,850 to the boat's value... :no_bashing:
