I know this has absolutely nothing to do with sleds but just dropped mine off
for service and won't have it back 'til atleast Wedneday
Sucks because we jut got a foot of snow
What is everybody secret sauce and cooking methods

I drive 1.5 mile east to Smokey Bones, order right off the menu and I'm set, I can't cook ribs worth a shit, I gave up years ago :banghead:

ketchup,lemon juice, chopped onions, brown sugar, and some garlic. Combine ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Then baste :beerchug:

Cook the Ribs for 5 hrs at 225 ad your favorite BBQ sauce.... come right off the bones

1 cup bullseye bbq sauce
two table spoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
sprinkle garlic salt
1/2 cup kraft original bbq sauce
two table spoons soya sauce

i usually cook ribs on the rotissorie

While mine are slow-cooking in the oven, I baste them in Pepsi. Then I throw my favorite BBQ sauce on just at the very end of cooking. They turn out super sweet and juicy that way.

:banana: I boil them for 20min. Then I pour Hickory smoke bbq in a rosting pan just enough to cover the bottom. Then I put a layer of ribs in and pour more sauce on them. Then I put another layer of ribs in and more sauce on them. I cover and put in oven at 275deg for 1hr. I preheat the bbq and put ribs on to char the sauce a bit and serve. :beerchug:
