Just kinda curious how many people actually put those ugly trail pass strickers on there cab I usually keep mine in my wallet the last few years but This year I decided to mount it to my handle bar riser still quite visible...Just kinda curious as to where every one puts them and yes I know it says to attach to the left side of the cab...

That looks good, last year I had mine on the left side of the cab over top of all those factory caution stickers. But over the summer all of those stickers came off so I'm liking the wallet idea!

I try to put mine on the dash between the windshield and hood. I don't and won't put it on the side of my cab.

Come on, grow up! The permit goes on the left side of the cab so it can easily be seen from a distance. Next year it will be the law as it is in Que. & NB.

I stick it on a separate piece of hard plastic and attach it on the left bottom side panel below the hood (just on the other side of where my left foot is). I attach it using the plastic clips that honda atvs use to hold the plastic panels together. (I also use these clips to hold on my license plates (no rust). This way I can easily move it from one machine to the other.
I don't know where they get the idea for colours as ours is pink this year. Really looks good on my black sled.

There's A LOT of people that don't put them on their cab, and I don't blame them. Make them a little more appealing and maybe people will start putting them on their cabs.

Mine is on the dash by the speedo, which is on the left. Seeing as how its bright green on a red dash it is quite visible.

Mine is between my gauges and windshield on the left side. Guys, its not about being pretty, because if it was, most of you would get bucked off your machines!
We all gotta put them on so we will all look stupid together. :div20:

It's just a sticker. It's not made of acid, it is not going to eat through your hood. This sticker doesnt effect the performance of your sled, so why put up such a fuss?

:frech32: Just put your sticker where you're supposed to and have a happy day. :div20:

What do you rather they spend money on nice stickers or trails... Be a good sport and show that you support the trail system, the sticker goes on the left hand side of the cab... :div20:

Dood, your preaching to the wrong people. These are the guys that are buying trail passes, and that's the point. Not loving them for every strand of their ugly orifice. I just stick 'em on anyway though, I would be annoyed if I had to stop and show my trail pass.

Thats why I took the time to make up a little bracket to show my trail pass...I for one will not be putting that ugly sticker on my cab period even when it is the the law....
I have been buying trail passes since 1994 and will continue to buy them in the future but they will not see the side of my cab.....
I was just curious as to where other people have put there stickers I seen a few good Ideas that are more visible then the side of the cab....
This wasn't intended to be a bash fest in deciding whether or not people should be buying trail passes but rather curious to see what other places or ideas have had on where to mount them.....

haha, ya I would never stick them on my hood either, Just don't look good at all on a new machine. People that want to put them there, why don't ya just put them there and don't tell other people ya should, cause there not gonna do it just becasue you tell them too!!
Just my 2 cents :no_bashing:

I never let a trail pass stop me from helping someone who is stranded on the trail like Caper said a true sledder and decent human being will always stop to lend a hand....I didn't realize that the sticker was for Triple A as well
PS.... Alot of us on here belong to clubs and do our fair share of helping out....

Every Spring we go out on the four wheelers and take a chainsaw with us and clear any downed trees, Help out where I can.
I NEVER ride alone so being broken down doesn't bother me much. I also stop when I see someone having sled troubles on the side of the trail, pass or not.
Anyways I don't think any of us will have the opportunity to stop or not stop and help somebody for a few days with this damn weather!
