Could a reliable source let me know if it is fact or fiction that the trail from Booneville to C-ville is going to be open or not.

I saw some posts on another site stating that the trail between West Lyden & C-ville has been closed. Appearently the owner of the Hilltop used to work w/ the landowners to keep that section open, but the Hilltop has closed. You need to take a longer route via Highmarket to get to the other side of C-ville. I can't say for sure how reliable the info is, but that trail is not on the map I just received. I used to ride that trail a lot.......

Yes it is closed. The trail now dead-ends at the quik & easy. You can still get to Boonville but you will have to go the long way around by Hymarket. I was also told that the trail from W. Lyden to Rome is also closed. All due to landowner complaints.

I don't think the trail from W. Leyden To Rome is closed. I know the one from Lee Center to Point Rock is having problems with a Town official, but the other one to West Leyden is open...for now!

That could be what they were talking about at the last club meeting . I think it was that section of trail that they did not groom last year.

Very Unfortunate It will be long ride from Boonville to the hill. It will most likely just mean more sleds on roads to take short cuts to the hill.
