I picked up an '03 SKS 700 this spring with an SLP single pipe and V-Force Reeds, Air Horn kit & flow rites. It is jetted fat 510N for mains. It also has a Team roller secondary installed. I'd really appreciate any setup help regarding jetting, clutching & gearing that works well with the SLP pipe. Thanks

Plenty of SLP 700 setup stuff to be had when searched on here.

In a nutshell....
That setup needs to run much leaner.

440 is safe, 430 is best getting close to lean. Ok if you're not a WFO multi miler!!
This is for sea level and down to -15F at least .

The SLP pipe works great when jetted properly. It likes to be hot and needs to be jetted lean but safe.
It will make LESS power than the stock setup if it is jetted rich.
Despite the SLP specs, anything over 450 is too fat and it won't run well.
The stock jetting, 440, works well with this setup and is safe, even better performance to be had if you're comfortable with jetting and tune it in sharp for the temp and elevation.

Keep stock 23/39 gears, almond/blue primary spring, 10-66's, stock black/red secondary spring with your long track, but be sure it is CCW. Team #420720 helix on the shallower angle.
