I Heard we were supposed to be getting 15-25 cm on wed thats what a fella told me at work... but then i heard boomer was saying 15 that wouldn't be bad anyone hear anyhting on it? :fluffy: :fluffy: :fluffy:

Heavy snowfall warning out for west price...15-20 tonight 5-10 for thur...but wind warning out also..so you know where that is going..fucking wood's... :banghead:

Ice will be ready to go here on the weekend....3+ inch's yesterday...had to use a chainsaw to cut the trap's out of it... :div20:

You guys got ice over there..must be alot colder then here, we have no ice yet..was hoping for some snow but not for tomorrow or Thursday..heading for Halifax.. :banghead:

Ya frank the ice is comeing nice...We worked on the ice all day yesterday getting lobster trap's out.Had them soaking aand it froze on us....had to use the chainsaw to get them out....they were in about 13ft of water.There is very little tide there...there was a good 3-4 inche's...it was thick enough to support me and 2 other guy's and 30-40 trap's at a time...trap's weight close to 180-200 with all the fucking ice froze in them...alot of work... :banghead:

Speaking about tide, it just came in over the top of the ice here, don't know what it will be like now if it snows before it freezes. dunno.gif

Man that's what you call hard labour..lol..bad enough to that when your fishing, was it new traps..just curious to y you were soaking the traps.

Ya they are new trap's...it take's any of the sap out of the oak and it darken's the trap up so they are not so bright....
