I want to check the belt spacing and clutch alignment on my 91' RXL, but I am not sure what I am checking and what specs I need. Could anyone help me on this topic?

You should buy a polaris clutch alignment tool,(cheap aftermarket)Belt deflection is 1.25",center distance is 12" from center of both clutches mounting bolts.Drive clutch spacing is 0.020" with a new belt for trail riding,little closer for racing.Hope this can help!
