I just came from up there. Went out as far as the rollers. Lots of icey parts...looks like bunch of trucks went through there today and with the rain from last night it got hit hard...probably not worth it untill more snow comes.
Red Rooster
On the Cheticamp side of the island there was about ten inches of snow on Saturday. I was up yesterday and it's still white, but that's about it. The 2-3 inch crust that's left would be great if we got new snow, but now it looks like more rain on the way.

I just checked on the weather network online, and it is giving 10 cm to 15 cm of snow and 10 mm to 15 mm of rain for Dingwall. dunno.gif If there is a mix of rain and snow here maybe the highlands might get all snow.
NASTY-REV
isn't it funny how the Southern Highlands always get snow when its rain or mixed snow and rain. and the North Highlands still get the rain. Must be because of being so close to the water
