I have a05 700 RMK 144. I have only put 45 miles on it and the plastic slider that the torsion bar on the front supension goes in is missing. Doe they break and fall out or do think it was never there. Also I can't seem to get there rear supension to stiffen up, according to the sag spec in the owners manual, I get 7 inches no matter how I set the spring blocks. I weigh 240 pounds and am new to snowmobiling. Am I doing something wrong, Thanks

do you mean that black plastic cap at the front of the rail? If so get one on it. funny you should had mention it...............I had a freind that lost his this weekend the track caught on it...............thats right stopped him dead in his tracks. You might have to get the stiffer springs for it. or try adjusting the shock damping on it if it is adjustable.

I think he means the bracket on the lower rail that holds the long end of the torsion spring....

I'm talking about the IFS where the torsion bar connects to the trailing arm.

Usually if the sway bar comes out of the block on the trailing arm it means that you have some mis alignment or bent parts in your front suspension. If you put a new block in without checking your front suspension adjustments, (radius rod length, camber, ski width, etc...) it will just fall out again.
