Hi Everyone. Well I've been a quad rider for some time and have decided to move into a sled for the first time. Im looking for some advice on brands, sled styles, good-bad features, etc.

I currently own the Kawasaki Brute Force 750 for those of you who know...enough said...for those who dont it is one of the biggest fastest sport utility quads out there.

Thanks in advance....can't wait to not be a noobee anymore.

Don’t go to the Ski Doo dealer looking for a sled or you will be trading in your wheeler for their new 800 v twin. Just kidding. What else does your Kawasaki dealer sell? What are your friends riding? I have a Doo because it’s a great sled and the dealer is great. As you know from having a wheeler the dealer is important even if you do most of your own work. You still need parts, right. No one makes junk anymore.

I kind of agree wil can-amsledder. When I lived in Sudbury I rode Polaris because the dealer there was second to none. When I moved to Ottawa I found better service with a Ski-Doo dealer. When you average 4000-6000 miles a year parts break. The only thing that you may want to look at is If you are a tall guy you might want to spend some time on a Rev BEFORE buying one. I am a average guy so I like mine.My buddy is 6'5" and he traded his for an F7 because he did not like the rider forward position. Good Luck

If you are used to quads, you will feel right at home on the REV. I always rode both and
preferred the seating position of the wheelers over sleds. The REV feels oh so close to a sport quad. When I sit on any other sled now, it just feels wrong. I always ask other guys on other brands.....how the hell do you ride this thing? A lot of guys say the REV is for smaller guys, but I'm 6'1" 240 lbs. and I feel more cramped up on my brother's Firecat sno pro's than on my REVs. I always used to be a die hard Polaris guy, but they've really dropped the ball in the past few years. About the only Polaris I've liked to ride in the past five years is the '04 Pro-X2.
