Well just got my Flat Track Rider's Club renewal and newsletter in the mail. And it's sad to be reading that the Hilltop Tavern is not going to be open trau14.gif this year.

Has anybody got the scoop on why??

That place was awesome, A historical landmark, I believe.

They also said there was a 9 mile trail closed. The owner of the land would not give permission this year. The owner's decision was also based on the closing of the Hilltop!

The owners split up a few years ago. He was the driving force, she was a bitch.
There is no no trail from Booneville to C-ville anymore. You have to go thru West Lyden I believe.

How far out of the way is this when you are doing the big loop out of Old Forge to High Market, through Tug Hill, to Boonville, then to Otter Creek and back to Old Forge? Thanks.
