Either buy a new DTS tracker or rent a DTS tracker must of the sled rental places out west rent them. Everyone says that is about the only way to go. They are digital and much easier to use then the older ones. Then when you get one take some time to learn to use it. Like someone else said don't get cheap its like a helmet but the worst part is its like a helmet for your buddy its one thing to skimp on your life but another to skimp on someone elses life. Any of them send a signal but only a good one will find your buddy when he is under the snow.
