What is the proper setting for the oil pump cable and secondly my question is at WOT should the lever on the oil pump go all the way to the stop? At idle the mark on the lever lines up with the reference mark. It appears that it would not be possible to get the lever all the way to the stop unless the setting was changed drastically ie: way tighter than spec.

Hi Andy,

They say the proper setting is about 18mm, but I usually go to about 20mm. I can't answer your second question as I never looked at the marks.

I had my sled in the shop and they changed the setting so I just wanted to see what they had set it to compared to the specs. Hopefully we will have a cool one together at the HI in the near future.
