does anyone know the dry wieght for a 2004 prox2 800. i cant seem to find it posted anywhere.

Not sure about that number. My Pro-XR without fuel or studs was 500# even. The XR was less two boggie wheels @ mounts, sway bars, & a few chromemoly parts. Plus an sftermarket pipe & can. Can't see 475#. I would guess more like 525#.

The ISR official dry weight is 472lbs,that's with no fuel,coolant,injection oil,chaincase oil.They weigh all the sleds this way.

that's for the 800,the dry weight for the 2004 600 Pro X2 is 464 lbs.

So the 800 only weighs 8# more then the 440?

good point, the 800 engine is about 14 pounds heavier than the small block in every other polaris.
