Here's a warning, I bought a track and 2 pairs of gloves off them, they sent me a bill off ebay and I paid right away, I mean right away. I never heard anything back so I called them 3 days later to make sure it was shipped out. Later a guy leaves me a message saying it will go out that day. 4 days later on a saturday night this guy Jonah calls me and says he can't ship my parts because the shipping he quoted me is not enough, he says he needs another 32.00. I asked him why and he says they no longer ship the way he quoted me because it was too much for him to put it in his car and take to the mailing station. This is Not my fault. I asked him what will happen and Jonah said he will not ship the stuff so I asked for my money back. He said he would do this. 3 days go by and nothing, I called long distance again and he says they need to take fees from the money he owes me because the stuff was in stock and I had to explain to him he broke the contract by not shipping my stuff and asking for more money. He said he would take care of it. It's very easy to do to give me my money back, he just has to hit Refund on the transaction and it's done but oh no he sends me back money and it ends up being 43.00 less because of fees. I had to cancel this and call again. Now the assholes there won't come to the phone or refund my money. I've taken action through the way I've payed but they are still not responding. They owe me $370.00 and won't return my money. So this will give some people an idea of who you are dealing with.
This is for Chris and Jonah, Why won't you refund my money???

I have had a run in with them before, not very honest people there. I bought a leather coat they listed as a riding coat. Well, I won, paid for it and one day it showed up. Yah, right, it's a lightweight spring/fall leather jacket. I called that same Jonah and he basically said too bad so sad. I didn't get anywhere, hope you do. It's not your fault they gave you a fixed price and now they want to charge more, that's their responsiblity. They should have done their homework better before they started the auction. Take your steps with Ebay and Paypal if you paid that way, but you should have accepted the money they sent, that way you only have to go after $43 instead of $370. Good luck.

I've dealt with Jonah twice this fall and have had no problems. With that said, I would recommend that you send this in writing (or email) to them -- directing it to the owner. If you still want the track and gloves then demand it for the price that was offered and no more. If they refuse then they absolutely must refund the full price. At that point you can also leave negative feedback for them not honoring the transaction.
I'd be real surprised if they don't make this right with you. Good luck with it.

I contacted them ,I should say tried to and asked to speak to the owners but they were unavaliable so I left messages but no response. I will leave negatives for them and you right they should have honored their shipping. I've sold hundreds on ebay and I never asked for more money if I made a mistake.

i have dealt with them in the past with good luck, not to defend them but nova scotia isn't exactly standard shipping. most of there posts say ships to united states only therefore the shipping quote would usually be for standard shipping to the 48 contigious states

I bought a helmet from them off of ebay, they didn't even have the helmet, but asked what else I wanted, well I wanted and got my refund but they screwed me on the paypal fees, I will never buy from then again.

Yes your right but shipping for the US was 20.00 for the track and 7.00 for the gloves as stated in the auction, I was given an Invoice from them for all my purchases and it said International so they new. Also for the Standard, all that means is it was going USPS ground.

They can't do that, that's what they tried with me and it ended being like 43.00 out of my pocket. All they have to do is go to the Paypal transaction and Scroll to the bottom, there is a "Refund", you click it and it only takes a few seconds and everything is taken care of.

thats not right for assholes to start taking money from fellow snowmobilers...thats a bunch of b/s...they also obviously don't want to put out a good name for themselves either because they would have return the money right away or to the hit and just shipped the thing.. i'll keep the name in mind and never buy anything from them.
NO ONE SHOULD BUY ANYTHING FROM KEN'S SPORTS.....

I bought a helmet from them and they shipped me the wrong color. I had to ship it back, (pay for it) and then they did ship me the correct one, and did reimburse me for the shipping. Was a bit of a hassle, but they did make it right.

My dad bought a jacket from them for my Christmas present. Shipping was fast and the jacket is brand new. I live in WI though so maybe that keeps them honest. Are they not answering the phone when you call? Maybe they have caller I.D. I don't know if your name would come up on the caller ID when calling all the way from Canada. Not sure if the phone "stuff" is the same in Canada but here if you dial *67 before you dial the number it shows up as "private" on their caller ID.
For example
dial tone
*67
dial tone again
555-555-5555
your number shows up as "private" on their caller ID
Hope this all gets fixed without too much more hassle. Good luck :div20:

Finally through paypal I got my money back, still really pissed as Kensports could have just refunded me instead of paypal having to take it back. Really sucks to wait all this time. I still lost out because I'm from Canada and our dollar has been higher lately that with the exchange I lost 10.00 from when I purchsed this. No good words for them at all and now to leave negative feedback with Ebay.

After paypal returned my money from Kensports, Idiots there went and left me negative feedback on ebay saying I didn't pay them and was hard to deal with. I paid immediatly and after 4 days of nothing I called them and then it went from there. I hate people like this. A bunch of liars and still won't take blame for what they have done. Well I bought my Arctic cat leather from them over the phone. I spoke with Scott, great guy to deal with. The problem we came into is that that dont like to ship in to CANADA. I had to get a broker to send them papers for the boader, this was because Arctic Cat has agrement of somesort to do with shipping between US/Canada. I guess its to sort of stop dealers from low pricing each other.
I will say they did come through but it take awhile for me to get them to ship it..... try like a month :banghead:
Hope you got and get what you wnated back or out of them.

Never had any luck with Ebay and snowmobile stuff they mix like oil and water stick with DennisKirk free shipping over $100 and they are fast and when you compare prices you are not really getting any deals on Ebay I have a 136" paperweight from Ebay "Like new condition"missing 3 lugs took pics of all but that and if you leave a negative 9 of 10 times you will get 1 back even if its not your fault not even worth it :banghead:

Since we are not happy with ebay sellers scamming us I too will was ripped off by a seller named 900tcat.He shipped me a green windsheild for my 03 900 ZR and it was stated as coming off of a machine with about 500 miles on it.Well it was total garbage. He apoligized and said his staff screwed up and offered me so much cash and to keep the windsheild.I refused as it was garbage and I told him I wanted my full refund plus shipping and return shipping to him. He sent me another email saying SHIP IT BACK exact words.I did and he only refunded me what I paid Ripped me off 30 some bucks.

Sorry to hear about them.. but at the same time I've had mutiple transactions with them, and they are first rate in my book, I understand what your saying about the shipping charges, but you also have to remember , it aint some small shop your dealing with so NO they don't just run things down to the post office, another thing, i guess you've never heard of restocking fees before..it what ya get when they have the item all ready to ship and they have to unox it and put it back, of course they are going to charge you for that..if you baught a track and they sent you a shipping amount that you new was way low, don't be a dork when you know it cost way more then that to ship it.. specially to N.S... either pay what ya owe or suck it up and take the restocking fee..
