Full Version: KEN SPORTS OF WISCONSEN RIPPED ME
There my dealer... Never ever ever had a problem with them at all. They are right down the road from me and I get everything shipped to my door for almost nothing.. If anybody has a problem with them again please pm and I will help you out by running in there and seeing what I can do... They have also switched things up.. MATT usually ships and keeps track.. Dunno what it was then but i know the system has changed...
sounds like if you are close enough to drive there and kick their ass you get great service.........otherwise you are screwed???What really sux is the locals love this guy and he is screwing anyone far enough away that he knows they wont show up.

First off do you understand that it was never my fault or mistake? Big shop or small shop doesn't matter. I paid the Invoice sent and the shipping was advertised in the auction for anyone to see. I never asked him to go to the post office, he made the comment. If they no longer shipped that way then their auctions should have said so. I had to make the contact with them about this, why didn't they call me? I would have paid restocking but it was their mistake and they should have taken care of it to keep a customer. I'm sure they could have eaten the extra shipping as we all know they get great deals on shipping compared to residential accounts.
Just for people to know I got a refund but lost some fees through paypal, paypal issued the refund, kensports pretty much had this money seized and had no choice or lose their account. So thanks to paypal and no help from kensports.

If they are a "big"Dealer then they should have ups picking up right at their store! Shouldnt be a problem to get stuff out. All they have to do is hire 1 youner kid to take care of all the ebay stuff for them and ship things out.Done deal. Are these they same guys on ebay parting out a bunch of mint sleds? Watch out for those guys!

im a local, and will clearly state that Kens is a complete rip off. for example, my buddy needed a piston for his XCR. we would settle for a gently used one if it was in good shape. figured we'd stop in to kens and see what they had to offer. keep in mind this price is for a USED piston. $160 with a set of rings. after a light laugh, we proceded to exit the building. their prices for EVERYTHING are higher then any of the other local dealers. i dont understand how they stay in buisness.
we ended up finding another gently used piston, pin, bearing, and rings for $40 at a different dealer.

I e-mailed these guys three times for some information on some products i wanted to buy from them on E-bay and
i never even got a reply from them !
What a bunch of assholes,it's fucking idiots like them that give honest sellers a bad reputation. I've purchased some items from other online dealers and
got first class service.I'm glad i fell upon this warning on HCS because i was going to go ahead and make a purchase from them...
Keep up the scam report !

The internet is a very powerful tool! If someone legitimately rips you off, use this tool to apply the old saying of "what goes around, comes around" 10 FOLD!!!!! We work harder for our money than thieves do!
I am not sure what is going on with Kens, but all I know is I have made 3 orders via there web site and had NO problems at all. I got my stuff quick and for a great price!!

They might be overwelmed with orders and a lack of personel. My brother has an online business an sometimes alot of orders come in at once. Not enough workers to get them out ontime. Maybe this is happening to Kens. My brother will usually inform them right away of the delay or discount there order to accomidate the inconveniance. However, It sounds like your order got lost
