I'm new to the TEAM secondary clutches. I am looking for a 66/44 - .46 helix after getting good info. from some helpful guys on this site (thanks brock). When the helix is listed on the TEAM website and where i'm trying to order it, it list a 66/40 in the first, and 66/44 in the second, both with the .46 type. Is this just so you can adjust and try the 2 different angles? I'm hoping that's the case because i don't see any listed that have a 66/44 in the first track. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Yes there are 2 different angles. I'd go with team #420494 or 420771. They both are listed as 66/44/.46 and 66/42/.46. Not sure if one is a typo or not.

I have a 66-44-46 / 70-44-46 for sale. It is used but in very very good condition. $50 USD plus $10 shipped to your door.

nickels...brock said to use the 66/44 angle for my 600 so do the angles on the 2nd track actually mattter. I mean, does it matter if the other track is 66/42 or 66/40 if i'm using the 66/44 angles anyway? thanks for the help....

in wet heavy deep spring snow it will not likely pull the 44 finish, in those instances you need to either gear down a notch or two or swap to the 42 finish cut... a nice option to have if the conditions warrant it...

thanks bonz, i am really setting this up for aggressive trail and 90% of the time i'm on groomed trails...if i'm off trail it's in fluffy powder. I don't get into the heavy wet deep stuff very often, if ever. HopefullyI'll be ok. Thanks for the heads-up though.

Like bonz said conditions change where you might need a 66/42. I would go with a 42 finish angle on the other cut over a 40.

What will a 46 finish angle do compared to a 42 finish.
