why is the suspision so narrow. never mind i see it just dont have the outer wheels in the back.
polarispunk
Dec 14 2005, 06:20 PM
it prolly just looks narrow. the skid is stock, cept for the fox shocks and billit wheels, 15" wide track but it has a mountain machines 8" wheels kit. with the big wheels on the inside it just gives the illusion that its narrower

hey my friend found out what he did to the sled it was the reeds he broke both somehow. so hes going to tare it all down and get the parts out and se what happens.

I've heard that Vforce reeds do that. Hope it didn't do too much damage. I've been running the same set of Boysen Rad valves since 03, and on two different sleds!

i wouldnt bother tearing it down. those reeds wont be in there. I can have my folks send up the stock reeds if you want to pay the shipping....

he already got a new set of vforce. you dont think the peddles will be down in there?
polarispunk
Mar 25 2006, 03:22 PM
ive sucked peddles twice and both times i never found any thing.....if hes that worried go ahead....just remember when you put base gaskets on to have all the metel really clean and DO NOT apply any sort of gasket sealent, just bare gaskets.
BTW id try richening up the jets just a tad....it will help it from back firing so much
one back fire can toast those reeds
