Is it Steel or Powdermetal? Stock or Lightweight?

It's a polaris gear not sure of the material I assume it's steel. It's just the regular gear not even sure if they have lightweight top gears. I know they have the lightweight one's for the bottom. Still in plastic bag with part # sticker on it. I bought it thinking I needed a 23 when I got home I relized I already have one.
