400 km in one day. Sounds like a challenge to me. 4 of us from our group are up for it. Are you?

F5-er It all depends upon what the trails and conditions are. I have done 710km in 11hours and change and been standing in the garage having a beer by 9:30 at night. If you are on groomed trails it will be a piece of cake.

We did her last year in Nfld. Roddickton to Western Brook Pond and back in one day. Not a hell of a lot of trails there !!! :div20: We were on the mountains at 4:30 in the morning !!

Had to tow a sled full of jugs of gas! Excellent back country sledding :div20:

Hope to be over again in late March!

Actually it was an easy day as I just happened to hit table top conditions with the exception of a 40 mile stretch. It was on a Friday and everything was groomed up for the weekend crowd. I kept the time stamped gas and hotel check out receipts just in case someone doubted the mileage or time. Any sign of snow in those hills yet?
