Has anybody did the front suspension swap?
can I change just the upper or lower control arms + spindle?

POLARIS OFFERED A KIT AT THE UPDATE SEMINAR BUT THE PART NUMBERS ARE JUNK SO YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY ALL 06 FRONT END PARTS TO DO IT.

What's your goal? Better handling? I ran Simmons Flexis on my 05 Fusion, it handled great, railed the corners...the C&A Razors look good, too...skis are a lot less work, less money, will work on your next sled, and will probably produce better result (I'll probably be running Simmons on my 06, too)...I wouldn't waste my money on the front-end upgrade...

I agree on just upgrading the ski's. Supposedly the ski's on the 06 work nice and would be less costly to get a set of "take-offs" from the dealer.
Also from what I understand, the mounting points on the bulkhead are the same between the 05' & 06's. but the a-arms must be replaced along with the spindles because they adjusted the camber or caster angle. I forget which one.
