i have a 94 500 classic and i put in a 42\36helix with both stock new springs and geared down the top gear in the case down 2. Sled pulls pretty good. Lifts the skis up no problem. Pulls real good untill about 70 75. I also put in a newer arctic cat suspension with some custom fabrications, i also put on some rev ski's with a little grinding. I have a low windshield that i cut my self and a freestyle seat. The sled is one of a kind and is a blast to ride on the trails. It will keep up with most sleds unless you hit a big straigt away. hth
