What is the recommended plug to be run in a 2001 mxz 600?
Im running br 9 es right now but at WOT it bogs down real back at like 6000 rpm it runs great but when you hold it open it will just start to stutter. Need help
Any input appreacated.

check youre clutches they could dirty and not shifting fully this will cuase bogging as well

There is a noise coming from the clutch side when I am riding it so that could be my problem.

i get a faint kliking noise coming from the clutch side as well.

My 2002 MXZ 600 uses the NGK BR9ECS. I think the 2001 and 2002 have the same motor. May want to check into that type.

2001 MXZ BR9ES - 2002 MXZ USES BR9ECS - THEY COST TWICE AS MUCH TOO! SAME MOTOR?

Maybe your carbs need to be cleaned for your bogging
problem at higher RPM's , but check your belt to see
if it is comming apart for your clicking nois. :div20:

I would say that you need to maybe look at more than the spark plugs, maybe check the carbs, the gas, the belt, the clutches for starters, or maybe the plug wires.

I get this same klicking sound too, not sure what it is, but fear the worst

me too, i think it's clutch buzz. I have been told its nothing to worry about
