am very close to ordering 10.4" sheeves for my 05 zr900efi but would like to hear from some who have done this upgrade before placing order. also would like to know exactly which belt to order as i am still using stock 2005 primary clutch, only change will be 10.4" secondary sheaves on original helix . do i need anything else for conversion other than the two sheaves and center retainer washer "torque bracket washer". would like to hear some real world results. :drunk:

The belt is an 045 cat belt. I have the modded sheaves for my 05. Nobody knows which is faster yet.

I hear clutch sheaves off a kitty cat may really help you out :frech32:

hey poppasno just thought i'd give you my plate # its eh835 . you'll see it at the crossburn parking lot and the next time it will be sitting parked beside sidetracks, probably sled will be cooled off by then, i'll order ya an extra large poutine for a couple extra excuse pounds on the way back. thanks for the kitty cat tip ha ha haaaaa!!! just some fun between friends if any body wondering. now any serious replies would be welcome
