I apologize if this has been hashed over before, but I couldn't find any info on the subject.
My buddy has an 800 Swithback (2004). He is thinking of trying Simmons Skiis. Does anyone have any firsthand knowledge of how this sled will perform with these skiis? He has tightened up on the limiter straps, but claims it still pushes in the corners. Next step is new skiis. Any feedback?
Thanks for any help........

I have a couple of friends that have Simmons on their Switchbacks and they seem to really like them. I have not had a chance to ride them to give you any personal experience.

I would run SLP's SLT skis with 6" shaper bars on that sled. IMO

I've got a set of Simmons on my Switchback. They work great! I was having the same problems pushing with the stock skis, had my limiter straps tightened up, my front shock springs cranked tight, and was still pushing. With the Simmons, I've got my straps and shock springs back towards stock settings and the thing still corners like it's on rails. Also no darting at all, and worked good in deep powder last year in Canada.

I had the Simmons on my 02 800 RMK and they worked great. I have run Simmons on all my sleds for about 7 years now. Have them on my Fusion and 03 Pro-x
