Actually the law here in Vermont states that you can operate a snowmobile after you are 8 years old, you just can't cross roads until you are 12 and have taken the Safety class. At that point he/she can cross/ride along roads only under parents supervision. Then either 14 or 16 (can't remember exactly), they can ride with any adult over 18. The whole point of this system is to encourage families into the sport and help out future riders get the best experience possible :div20:
I am more than confident that my oldest daughter can pass this Safety class. Your inability to spell may have something to do with your not passing the Safety exam....just kidding. It is all good. If she passes or not, she will get some good info and still go riding with dad.
