REVfirefighter
2 lb bag of frozen hash browns
1 FAMILY SIZE can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 regular sized container of sour cream (fat free sour cream tastes the same, and makes it a little healthier to eat.)
4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Lawry's Seasoning Salt
1 pound of ground Italian Sausage or crumbled bacon (optional)
1/2 onion, finely chopped (optional)

Borwn sausage and onion together, drain off grease.

Mix Sausage/onion mix with hash browns, soup mix, 3 cups of cheese, sour cream, and salt.

Grease a 9x13 pan and pour entire mixture into the pan. Place in oven on 375 degrees for 40 minutes, then pull out pan, stir contents slightly, then add last cup of shredded cheese over the top of it, and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve warm!
