Has anyone installed coupler blocks on there EB crossfire? Does the rail have to be drilled or are the holes already pre-drilled by Arctic Cat? Exactly where should they be installed on the rail?

If anyone has pictures that would be helpful.

Thanks,

Gman

Holes were in mine.... here is a pic... I added them and have them set on the "farthest" setting...

this machine EATS bumps... it is a nice ride.

I see you added some tunnel reinforcements. Were those from Cat, or did you custom make them?
UNKnXFIRE
Those were from the "hitch" kit, had about 24 rivets per bracket too!

I should have painted them, but my reasources are limited here, so I just slapped them on.

Do you have an AC part # for that- I'm interested in getting them.
CrossRev
are these the coupler blocks? If so my early build already had them.
UNKnXFIRE
No those are the bottom out bumper things, not sure what they are called exactly.

the couplers are harder to see, they are behind the lower part of the rear scissor arm. They are black square blocks, and are adjustable, I had to add mine and it took all of 15 minutes and cost $25.00...
CrossRev
you mean these?
UNKnXFIRE
Bingo!

Those are them...

they have 4 different settings.
