Anyone know the 17 spices (and ratios if possible) that Outback Steakhouse uses for their "Outback Special???" My attempt at one failed tonite, and I really want the taste, but not the 19 dollar price. :beerchug:

I did a google for this, I seem to remember english ale being used for a marinade. And use a flat iron to cook with a finish under the broiler.

Its not a brand. But i do have the recipe. Its 1and 1/2 cups of mayonnaise-not miracle whip.1/4 cup of grey poupon,1/2 cup of honey. combine all ingredients mix well allow to sit for at least 2 hours before serving. overnite is best.
